Community Engagement

Collective Intelligence. Open Science.

The most important UAP and paranormal evidence often comes from ordinary people in extraordinary circumstances. CAPRI Labs community engagement programs create the infrastructure for witnesses, researchers, and investigators worldwide to contribute to a shared body of knowledge.

What We Do in Community Engagement

No single organization can investigate every anomalous event. The global scale of UAP sightings, paranormal reports, and unexplained phenomena requires a distributed network of trained observers, local investigators, and community researchers working within a shared methodological framework.

CAPRI Labs community engagement programs build and support that network. We provide training resources that enable community members to document anomalous events to professional standards. We maintain a secure, anonymous reporting platform that allows witnesses to submit accounts without fear of ridicule or professional consequences. We coordinate collaborative investigations that bring together community researchers and professional investigators around significant cases.

Our community network currently spans 47 countries and includes thousands of trained observers, hundreds of active investigators, and dozens of academic researchers. This distributed intelligence network has contributed to some of our most significant case findings — including multiple instances where community-reported data preceded and predicted official UAP disclosure events.

Community engagement is not a peripheral activity for CAPRI Labs — it is a core research methodology. The collective intelligence of a globally distributed network of informed observers is one of the most powerful tools available for documenting and understanding anomalous phenomena.

Witness Support Network

A global network providing support, resources, and community connection for individuals who have experienced anomalous events.

Citizen Investigation Training

Free training programs enabling community members to document and investigate anomalous events to professional standards.

Global Anomaly Reporting

Secure, anonymous reporting platform for UAP sightings, paranormal events, and anomalous phenomena worldwide.

Collaborative Research Projects

Coordinated research projects that bring together community investigators, independent researchers, and CAPRI Labs professionals.

Open Data Repository

Publicly accessible database of anonymized investigation data enabling independent research and academic analysis.

Annual Research Conference

Annual gathering of the global CAPRI Labs community for presentations, workshops, collaborative investigations, and networking.

How We Investigate

Every CAPRI Labs investigation follows a rigorous, evidence-first methodology developed over years of field research and refined through peer review.

01

Community Training

We provide free online training resources that enable community members to document anomalous events to professional standards: observation protocols, photography and video guidelines, evidence collection procedures, and reporting formats.

02

Secure Reporting Platform

Our secure, anonymous reporting platform allows witnesses worldwide to submit anomalous event reports with full privacy protection. All submissions are reviewed by trained analysts and cross-referenced against our global database.

03

Collaborative Investigation Coordination

For significant cases, we coordinate collaborative investigations that bring together community researchers, local investigators, and professional CAPRI Labs teams. This distributed approach allows us to cover geographic areas and time windows that would be impossible for a single team.

04

Research Network Support

We support independent researchers through our research network, providing access to our case database, methodology resources, laboratory analysis services, and peer review connections.

05

Community Events & Conferences

We organize and participate in community events, conferences, and field expeditions that bring together witnesses, researchers, and investigators for collaborative learning and investigation.

06

Open Data Initiative

Where cases permit, we publish anonymized investigation data to our open data repository, enabling independent researchers and academic institutions to conduct their own analysis and contribute to the collective body of knowledge.

The history of UAP research is littered with cases where critical evidence was lost because witnesses did not know how to document it, or where patterns were missed because reports were scattered across isolated databases with no cross-referencing capability. CAPRI Labs community engagement programs exist to solve both problems simultaneously: building the documentation skills of the global witness community while creating the shared infrastructure that allows individual reports to contribute to collective understanding. Every person who reports an anomalous event through our platform, every community investigator who documents a local case to professional standards, makes the entire research enterprise stronger.

Common Questions

How do I join the CAPRI Labs community network?

Use the contact form on this page to express your interest. We will send you information about our community training resources and reporting platform.

Do I need special equipment to be a community observer?

No. While dedicated equipment improves evidence quality, a modern smartphone is sufficient for basic documentation. Our training resources include specific guidance for smartphone-based documentation.

Is the community network global?

Yes. Our network currently spans 47 countries. We actively seek to expand coverage in regions that are currently underrepresented in global UAP and paranormal research.

Can I remain anonymous as a community member?

Yes. Anonymous participation is fully supported. You can submit reports, access training resources, and participate in collaborative investigations without revealing your identity.

Would You Like Us to Investigate?

If you would like CAPRI Labs to conduct a non-partisan, complete investigation, please send us an email using the form below. All submissions are treated with strict confidentiality.

All submissions are reviewed within 48 hours. Your identity is protected by default.
